Watching Storms was a fanzine dedicated to Kate Bush, based in East Providence, Rhode Island (USA). The principle of this magazine was that each subscriber was also a contributor. In fact, fines may be levied against a subscriber if he or she neglects to contribute a letter, article or piece of artwork within a certain number of months. The result of this kind of obligation is an unusually thick and densely-packed fanzine.
For those who wished to read but not to contribute, an alternate edition of Watching Storms, called Little Earth, was available as well.
