Born in London (United Kingdom), Nigel Walker began his professional career in 1975 as an assistant engineer with George Martin at AIR London Studios. He worked on albums by The Cars, The Beatles, Cheap Trick, Climax Blues Band, Aerosmith, Jeff Beck, Pink Floyd, Harry Nillson, Rory Gallagher, Bryan Ferry, Cat Stevens and many others. In 1978 he was assistant engineer on Kate’s album Lionheart. In 1985, he was engineer on the album Hounds Of Love.

During the 1980’s he made his first contact with Spain. He started working with Nacha Pop and Hombres G as a co-producer. The increasingly numerous projects that have emerged with Spanish groups have caused him to leave his country and settle permanently in Spain in 1993.

Currently, he combines his work as a producer with projects of solidarity and with his work as a teacher, collaborating with different educational entities and the musical field, giving lectures and workshops.
