The issue about Kate Bush was first published in 2015, a few months after Kate’s Before The Dawn live shows.
A second version was published in 2017. Four pages about the live shows were replaced with a lengthy review of the album Before The Dawn.
A third version was published in the autumn of 2022, after the success of Running Up That Hill. In this version, the preface and the last page were revised.
