Book, published in 2014 to coincide with Kate Bush’s live performances Before The Dawn in London, featuring photographs of Kate Bush by Gered Mankowitz. It is an ultra-large-format 96 page limited edition hardcover, measuring 24″ x 18″ (60 x 45cm) when closed. When the book is open, a double page spread measures 24″ x 36″ (60cm x 90cm). Just 750 copies were offered for sale worldwide. Each copy was personally signed by Mankowitz. The book features 250 photographs, the majority of which were never published before.
